Patriotic Escapes in Art Class - DecoArt Media Acrylic

Happy Independence Day America!!

Celebrating patriotic fun creating in an art class at the ranch.  Here are some photos to give you a glimpse into my life... as some of you have been curious!

Although I made an creative example for the class (click here for step by step in the previous blog post) this class wanted to create their own art.
I was thrilled!

Hubby made the wood pallets and easels!
We are set up to go!

A short demo and we begin painting with DecoArt Media Fluid Acrylic, Gesso, Glamour Dust and Metallic Lustre paints.  We did not get a good photo of the DecoArt paint table at all!!

But here are some of the products used!

You can see my "example" up front for all to view but it was great fun to see each one come up with their own creation!

Here are the examples done for the class.
One was made prior to the class and one was finished as a demo as things went along.

They not only used DecoArt Americana Decoupage Papers but stencils and wooden letters too.

Before I knew it... everyone was doing an amazing job of creating their own original designs!

Ranch Staff and Hubby also having a fun time laughing at our antics as we paint!!

Have a great holiday if you live in the USA!
There will be around 45 folks at the ranch and some fireworks in the sky too!
Hugs to all! j.

What a great setup. Do you have a website for booking stays at the ranch? I would love to do that! I just love the fun shots of your obviously happy students and their amazing creations! What a great teacher you are! Hugs, Autumn
